Why kxqmate, you may ask?

Well, I found it is one of the few handles that I can come up with that is never previously taken.
Back when I used to fancy myself as a chess player I would read chess notations. This is a chess notation…albeit in a version that has been replaced by a supposedly improved one. It means King takes Queen – checkmate. A winning move that is truly rare. Hopefully, this blog will be a little like that.
